HERITY Certification adopted as official benchmark in Rome

The Agency for the monitoring and control of the quality of Public Services in Rome, adopted the HERITY Certification as the main benchmark for Museums, libraries, archives, monuments and sites.

The attached study, conducting an analisys over USA, UK, Spain, Germany, Portugal, France standards, among others, was published today as the official guidelines for Public Administration.
