Certification of architectural ensemble of Vilnius University has started

Commission of an international organization HERITY (the only one international non-governmental organization of quality management of cultural heritage, located in Italy) visited Vilnius on September 4 – 9.

This organization actively cooperates with UNESCO, preparing and installing assessment standards of cultural heritage objects. The main purpose of the visit to Lithuania was evaluation of architectural ensemble of Vilnius University.

Representatives of HERITY had meetings with rector of Vilnius University Prof. Benediktas Juodka and other representatives of the Rector, Director General of Vilnius University library Irena Krivienė, Director General of Vilnius University museum Dr. Ramūnas Kondratas.
